Dunkin' cup sizes
| Size | Hot | Iced |
|---|---|---|
| Small | 10 fl oz | 16 fl oz |
| Medium | 14 fl oz | 24 fl oz |
| Large | 20 fl oz | 32 fl oz |
Iced cups are bigger because part of the cup is ice, so an iced Medium isn't simply "more coffee" than a hot Medium.
Flavor shots vs flavor swirls
Dunkin' has two kinds of flavoring. Flavor shots are unsweetened, so they add flavor with very few calories. Flavor swirls are sweetened and creamy, and each pump adds calories and sugar. When you want a lighter drink, asking for a flavor shot instead of a swirl is one of the biggest single changes you can make.
Where the numbers come from
Every value is Dunkin's own published figure from its US Nutrition Guide (last updated 21 September 2026), for that exact drink, milk and size. Nothing is estimated: if Dunkin' doesn't list a combination, the calculator doesn't offer it. Read the methodology.
Why there's no caffeine number
Dunkin's nutrition guide lists calories, fat, sodium, carbohydrates, sugars, added sugars and protein, but not caffeine, so we don't show one. Caffeine in brewed and cold brew coffee also varies by batch.
Quick ways to lighten a Dunkin' order
- Cream is the big one. In a Medium iced coffee, cream adds about 85 calories over black; skim milk adds about 15.
- Swirls add sugar fast. A Medium Caramel Swirl Iced Coffee with cream has about 40 g of sugar. Unsweetened flavor shots add almost none.
- "With sugar" means real sugar. Adding sugar to a Medium hot coffee with skim milk adds about 100 calories.
The "Make it lighter" panel works these out for the drink you're building.
